Qualifications
- Current full registration as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Recent, related experience in Home Health clinical practice in Community.
- Valid BC Driver’s License required.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with clients and families to establish therapy goals.
- Assess service eligibility and facilitate care plan development.
- Consult with system partners and incorporate evidence into practice.
Skills
Broad knowledge of Occupational Therapy theory and practice
Demonstrated ability to promote client-focused care
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
Knowledge of community resources for client support
Education
