No Frills in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan is seeking a talented, customer‑driven Manager to drive sales and overall customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, train and coach colleagues, and ensure merchandising and store standards are maintained.

You will anticipate customer needs, foster a positive work environment, and be accountable for departmental sales and financial performance. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Preference given to candidates with department-specific experience
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues
• Previous management experience in retail or food services
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
