A premier homebuilding company in Canada is seeking a Pre-Occupancy Technician on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring that homes reach the highest level of completion before turnover to homeowners. Responsibilities include conducting audits of construction homes, identifying technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction experience.
• Clean driver's abstract and valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in finishing construction will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular audits of under construction homes.
• Identify and report any technical issues within the home.
• Complete corrections on identified issues within the home.
• Coordinate with the site manager for necessary corrections.
• Work with the Customer Care team for post-possession items.
