Job summary

Michel-Alexandre and Sarah’s family in Lévis is seeking a caregiver for two children who will also handle housekeeping and meal preparation. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one-hour break.

Salary is 19 CAD per hour. Two days off are usually Saturday and Sunday, with potential overtime. A live-in option is available at no extra cost. Fluency in French or English is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with children or related fields (e.g., teaching, nursing, midwifery, psychology)
• High school diploma completed
• Punctuality, reliability, judgment and sense of responsibility are important
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills are required

A busy professional family in Lévis, looking for a caregiver for 2 children who will also do housekeeping and other domestic tasks such as cooking. Permanent and full-time employment. 40 hours, 5 days per week. Hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with one hour break, Monday to Friday. Possibility of overtime if desired. Salary: 19$/h. Two days off: usually on Saturday and Sunday, but this may vary depending on the employers’ schedules, so flexibility is essential for the employers. Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. The caregiver may have to take care of the house and take care of the children in the absence of the parents. Languages: French or English.

Experience related to employment:

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience related to children or the equivalent of this experience (such as studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist) is required.
