Job summary

A leading healthcare agency in Ontario is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join their Community Visiting Nursing Program. The successful candidates will provide holistic nursing care to patients in various locations, primarily in Keswick and Georgina. Ideal candidates should be in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have a minimum of one year of community experience. Flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario.
• One (1) year recent experience in the community.
• VSS within the past year confirming absence of a criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Help formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment.
• Provide nursing care to patients according to the written plan of care.
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plan(s) and adjust accordingly.
