TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in Calgary. You will deliver world-class client service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales through exceptional service that reflects the TUMI brand ethos.

The role emphasizes achieving KPI targets, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining visual standards in-store while staying flexible to weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.

Your Role At Tumi

As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
