Job summary

Thermea Spa Village in Winnipeg seeks a Kiosk Supervisor for the holiday season to lead temporary kiosk teams across multiple centres. The role runs from October through January 2027 with full-time hours and a $21.50/hour wage, offering free spa access during the period. You will plan locations, manage schedules, inventories and support sales reps while ensuring quality guest service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Requires highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Minimum of two years experience in customer service.
• Experience in sales is required.
• Access to a vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach gift certificate sales representatives.
• Plan work schedules.
• Assist the Manager in managing inventories and orders.
• Act as a resource for sales reps (handling complaints and special requests).
• Manage unexpected events and emergencies.
• Follow scripts to respond to guests’ needs.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports.
• Manage the full sales cycle and close sales.
• Assist sales reps in their tasks.
• Provide support during interview process of temporary hires.
• Carry out other related tasks.
