Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience or working in customer service.

• Experience with office administration and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff/volunteers throughout the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Coordinate the schedule for kettle staff and respond to emergency absences.
• Ensure timesheets and mileage reports are submitted accurately.
