Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Toronto seeks Seasonal Food & Beverage Associates to bring the Holiday 2026 celebration to life, engaging customers at the Food Pop Up, offering samples, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales with style and personalized service.

You’ll maintain a beautifully presented pop up, follow food safety standards, and be flexible to support cafe and other store needs during the seasonal period; compensation starts at $18–$20 CAD per hour with commission and employee discount.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Confident approaching and engaging customers.
• Comfortable speaking about and recommending products.
• A collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in food, luxury, hospitality, or premium products.
• Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Availability for the seasonal selling period from October through March.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and introduce them to the Food Pop Up experience.
• Offer food samples and share product knowledge in an approachable and engaging way.
• Recommend food selections based on customer preferences and occasions.
• Create excitement around the products and actively support sales conversion.
• Provide elevated, personalized service throughout the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented Food Pop Up.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support other store and operational needs as required during the seasonal period.
• Flexibility to support Cafe when required.
