LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, handling POS transactions, and supporting store operations during the busy holiday season.
You must be legally able to work in Canada and be at least 18. Bilingual English/French is a bonus, and availability includes weekend shifts and holiday dates. Training is provided to learn wine, beer, cider and spirits basics.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit). You must be at least 18 years old. Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close). Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to- 8-hour shift). Holiday Availability: Christmas Day (December 25). Boxing Day (December 26). New Year’s Eve (December 31). Additional Availability Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
