Job summary

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores during the holiday season (Nov 16–Dec 31, 2026). You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, process sales at the POS, stock shelves, and participate in promotional campaigns in a fast-paced retail environment.

Roles are on-site in Markham, with weekend availability required. Prior customer service experience and ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) are assets; being 18+ and eligible to work in Canada is

• Legal to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Assist with donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
