Job summary

LCBO in Lafontaine, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the holiday season, running from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, and help them explore wine, beer, cider and spirits.

This fixed-term, part-time role requires weekend availability, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training is provided online, and bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus.
• Availability: Fridays 5:00 p.m. – Close; Saturdays and Sundays; holiday dates.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, keep store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing.
