LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will be on-site, handling transactions, assisting customers, and helping with campaigns while enjoying online training and a team-focused environment.

The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, giving you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable.
You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit). You must be at least 18 years old. Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close). Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hour shift).
Additional work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
