Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) invites applications for a Holiday Customer Service Representative in Stratford, Ontario. This fixed-term, part-time store role runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026, with on-site shifts and training provided to deliver exceptional customer service during the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in Canada (SIN/Work permit)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg)
• Frist availability for Fri evenings and weekends
• Bilingualism (EN/FR) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face shelves, keep store clean and organized
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
