Your Independent Grocer in Ottawa, part of Loblaw Companies, is hiring a Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and uphold merchandising and operations standards.

This role requires strong leadership, reliable scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a track record in retail or food service. Hiring range: $37,500 to $55,300 per year, with compensation influenced by location and experience.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience

• Previous management experience in retail or food services
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
