Real Canadian Superstore in Ajax, Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly customer service, stock shelves, and ensure the store is ready to meet customer needs.

You will participate in promotions, maintain displays, and support health and safety standards. The role is unionized, offers training on startup, and requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
