Your Independent Grocer is hiring team members to support store operations across departments. You will help ensure great customer service, stock shelves, and maintain displays while supporting promotions and health and safety standards. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Candidates should be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; 18+ years old and eligible for criminal background check as part of the application process.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by keeping shelves stocked and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Assist with setup of company promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and maintain health and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
