Job summary

TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Aurora, Ontario. Earn top pay rates of $18–$21 per hour and enjoy flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Positions are available full-time and part-time, with responsibilities that include personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and a valid Ontario certification or equivalent, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Active Ontario PSW, Developmental Services (DSW), Home Support Worker (HSW), or International Nurse certification
• Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• 18 years of age+

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals)
• Offer companionship and social engagement
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands
• Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
