Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly customer service and assist with daily restaurant tasks in Markham, Ontario. You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotating through drive-thru and fry duties while maintaining brand standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills to help customers enjoy fast, quality meals. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under busy conditions.
• Capable of taking and following directions from supervisors.
• Willing to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers at drive-thru and inside the restaurant.
• Assist with restocking items (ketchup, straws, cups) as needed.
• Support crew and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines during all duties.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.

Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then

Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.

Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
