Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement and a clear 3-year driver's abstract.
  • Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance, road construction, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership with daily tasks including safety toolbox meetings.
  • Support Foreperson in the planning of work to meet contractual milestones.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew.
