• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years managing high‑rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high‑rise construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders while maintaining control over project costs and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
