This is a fully remote performance-based opportunity ideal for a proactive leader who excels in managing projects analyzing data and attracting high-value deals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the lead acquisition process from initial contact to client qualification.
  • Coordinate with global team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Analyze lead data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement process improvements in our acquisition funnels and communication touchpoints.
  • Mentor individuals ready to start their transformational journey guiding them towards success.
  • Operate independently while leveraging existing systems and best practices for success.
Ideal Candidate
  • 7 years in project management business development or high-ticket sales roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Analytical thinker familiar with CRMs and performance metrics (A / B testing or CRO is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
