Hamiota Feedlot Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a full-time Herd Health Technician. We are a custom feedlot, backgrounding and finishing up to 12,500 head of cattle.

Applicants must be punctual, reliable and work well with others. Experience in Cattle herd health is a must.

Responsibilities

• Checking pens for health concerns in the cattle and pulling them for treatment
• Treating cattle
• Helping with maintenance of water bowls
• Operating equipment such as loader, skid steer, tractor
• Keeping treating facility clean & organized
• Assist in drug inventory for treatments
