Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands‑on technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide expert assistance in a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and security‑related problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Tier 2 Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace tools and administration.
  • Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and repair.
  • Solid understanding of network troubleshooting and basic security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on‑site setting.
