Heavy Equipment Technician

London, ON

Full-Time Monday‑Friday Day Shift 42.5 hrs. / week

What You’ll Do
  • Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy‑duty and niche municipal equipment.
  • Work on escort trucks, hydro‑vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
What You Bring
  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician EQ
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
  • Positive attitude, safety‑first mindset, and a team‑oriented approach
