Job summary

Cox Contractors Ltd in High Prairie, AB is seeking a skilled automotive technician to service heavy equipment and vehicles on site. The role requires 1 year to 2 years of experience and a diploma from a college program.

You will perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire repair, and preventive maintenance, with strict safety and equipment standards. On-site work only, driving manual transmission vehicles required, ability to pass criminal and driving record checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids.
• Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed.
• Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment.
• Grease booms, pulleys, buckets and other components of heavy equipment.
• Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators.
• Provide on-site services.
• Repair and balance tires.
• Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment.
