Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Parts Advisory, preferably in the Heavy Equipment industry.
• Required Journeyman Parts Technician Trade Certificate.
• Ability to adapt, be flexible, and open to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts advice and expertise to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External.
• Process all Parts Orders to all Liebherr customers.
• Champion Liebherr Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
