Kal Tire is seeking an experienced and certified Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Journeyperson to join our team in the Saint John, NB, Store. Do you have a comprehensive range of general mechanical services? Are you willing to handle routine maintenance and intricate repairs on semi-trucks, trailer alignments, installing bushings, kingpin shocks, etc.?

What kind of person are we looking for?

• You are a certified Heavy-Duty Journeyperson / Journeyman (Red Seal).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in front‑end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
• Skilled at inspections, steering, brakes, suspension & diagnostics, adjustments, service and repair on various vehicles.
• Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout the day.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience and a strong awareness of working in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications :

• Ability to assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
