Job summary

Hino Central in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Heavy-Duty Technician Apprentice in the 4th year to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, delivering exceptional customer service while working under the guidance of seasoned Journeypersons.

As part of a fast-paced service environment, you’ll learn hands-on with our Parts and Service team, improve your mechanical and electrical skills, and contribute to safe, reliable vehicle performance for customers in the Edmonton area.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo security checks and training.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Interest in learning the trade with mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair vehicles in a timely fashion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot in an independent environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work under the supervision of the Parts and Service Manager.

Join our team! Hino Central is looking for Heavy-Duty Technician Apprentice 4th-year at our Edmontonlocation! Reporting to the Parts and Service Manager, the Heavy-Duty Tech Apprentice is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by maintaining and repairing vehicles in a timely fashion as a member of the Hino Central team. This position will employ logic and deductive reasoning in diagnosing and troubleshooting in an independent environment.
