Heavy Duty Mechanic

Diversified Transportation is currently seeking a full‑time Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Fort McMurray. Reporting to the Shop Foreman, you will work in a fast‑paced environment maintaining a large fleet of motorcoaches. Diversified offers an above‑average work environment with an emphasis on safety and training.

Work Shift

Full‑time, 7‑day and 7‑night rotating shifts (12‑hour shift, rotating between nights and days)

Wage

$56.63 per hour, plus $2.00 per hour night premium, and $2.00 per hour CVIP license premium

Education Requirements
  • Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (recognized in Canada)
  • Journeyperson certification (other levels may be considered)
  • Valid Class 1, 2Q or 3Q driver’s license is considered an asset
