A regional healthcare provider in Canada is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Interventional Neuroradiology team. This full-time position requires commitment to patient-centred care and flexibility in working hours. Candidates should be willing to develop knowledge in Interventional Neuroradiology. This role includes weekend working, and participation in service growth is expected. Prior experience is desirable but not essential. This post includes weekend working and is full time at 37 hours per week. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Interventional Neuroradiology team as a Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) within the Institute of Neurological Sciences. This is a regional service covering the West of Scotland.
As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
Post requires PVG Scheme membership / Disclosure Scotland check as part of NHSGGC pre‑employment checks for all appointed candidates prior to the start date.
