• Experience supporting simulation-based education, skills labs, or clinical training environments (typically 1-3 years).
• Demonstrated experience with simulation equipment and platforms including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate simulation equipment including mannequins, task trainers, AV systems.
• Assist instructors and participants with simulation setup and operations.
• Support standardized patient sessions by preparing space, materials, and logistics.
