EHN Canada is seeking a qualified Security Officer to join the Regina facility. The role focuses on monitoring CCTV, patrols, and emergency response to protect clients and staff in a high‑risk, healthcare setting.

Candidates must have Saskatchewan Security Guard Certificates or equivalent, a valid Class 5 license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. This position offers comprehensive benefits and relocation opportunities across our nationwide network.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 license and access to a vehicle.
• Saskatchewan Security Guard Certificate or training completed.
• Minimum 1 year security experience, healthcare preferred.
• Clean Criminal Record documentation required.
• Experience in mental health crisis intervention is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Monitor CCTV, conduct site patrols, and respond to emergencies.
• De-escalate situations using non-violent techniques and crisis intervention.
• Ensure safety of clients and staff; document incidents accurately.
• Manage access control, patrol rounds, and emergency evacuations.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and uphold safety protocols.
• Provide training to new staff on procedures and processes.
