About the Role

Paladin Security is seeking dedicated Healthcare Security Guards to join our Float Pool Team supporting Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) and Providence Care Hospital (PCH). This role is essential to ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a professional and visible security presence. As part of our Float Pool, you will work across multiple sites, adapting to diverse environments and supporting various healthcare security needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, visible security presence
• Greet, assist, and direct patients, staff, and visitors
• Protect clients, staff, facilities, and assets
• Conduct interior/exterior patrols and respond to emergencies
• Document and report incidents, investigate when required
• Perform patient watches and enforce hospital policies/by-laws
• Manage access control, keys, and parking enforcement
• Support monthly safety inspections and other assigned duties
