Qualifications

• Graduation from a university degree program in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in recruitment and HR practices with various techniques.
• Expertise in all facets of recruitment, including development and scoring of interview tools.
• Knowledge and experience in performance-based selection.
• Experience applying Collective Agreement language.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of HRIS databases, especially PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of OHSA and healthcare safety culture.
