Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred or 5+ years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
• Strong planning, design, preconstruction, cost control, scheduling and coordination skills.
• Excellent budgeting and contract negotiations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility analysis and guide A/E qualification, selection and contracts.
• Provide construction administration and manage cost control and budgets.
• Prepare monthly client reports and presentations.
