Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience as supervisor of large unionized payroll.
  • Proven supervisory experience with ability to lead and motivate.
  • Experience with payroll compliance and system administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll department activities and coordinate with HR.
  • Supervise bi-weekly payroll processing for union and non-union employees.
  • Implement new legislation compliance and Collective Agreement changes.
