Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the Shepherd's Care Foundation portfolio. You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, manage contracted services, and support capital projects while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and CMMS experience, with a focus on patient-care environments and client relations. Based at Kensington Village with some travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in building operations.
• 5+ years of maintenance operations in care facilities is preferred.
• Degree in Facilities Management or related field; CET/CFM or equivalent considered.
• Knowledge of CSA codes and regulatory requirements for facilities.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders, assets and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across the portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant building operations.
• Support the maintenance team with work orders, inspections, troubleshooting, and facility assessments.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance staff including onboarding and training.
• Plan and inspect maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and asset management.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and vendor performance for maintenance services.
• Assist with capital projects and budget monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with clients, residents, and care teams.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation on maintenance activities.
