Qualifications

  • Experience in Medical Device or Health Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer and Sales team emails to accurately process orders.
  • Respond to incoming call inquiries and help resolve issues and complaints.
  • Maintain all incoming emails properly filed and transcribe ordering information.
