Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from CHIMA HIM program and eligible for CHIM credential.
• Experience with ICD-10-CA/CCI coding and computerized abstracting.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Knowledge of privacy principles; bilingual French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code and abstract personal health information records per CIHI guidelines.
• Input data into the 3M-HDM system and ensure accuracy.
