Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-directed individual to be the local contact for our Chronic Disease Prevention & School Health team’s initiatives. In this role you will work both independently and collaboratively to implement and evaluate local programming. This position requires extensive community collaboration with partners to deliver public health programs and activities according to local needs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • College diploma in community and social services, health and wellness, health education or health promotion is preferred.

Salary

Salary: $27.62 – $35.48 per hour, based on experience
