Qualicare Milton is hiring Personal Support Workers to join our home-care team in Guelph, Ontario. You will deliver essential in-home personal care services under supervision, helping clients maintain comfort and independence.

Responsibilities include hygiene support, meal prep, light housekeeping, outings, shopping, medication reminders, and companionship while following the client’s care plan. Must live in Guelph and have a PSW certificate and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Guelph, Ontario and able to travel locally.
• Possesses a valid Canadian driver’s licence and a vehicle.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray results required.
• Access to Internet and mobile phone for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Escort clients on outings and run errands.
• Assist with medications and reminders.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans.
• Document care activities and observations.
