Bethany Care Society in Didsbury, Alberta is seeking a Health Care Aide to deliver resident-centered care within Designated Supportive Living. The part-time position (0.65 FTE) runs days from 07:00 to 13:30, with a 21 x 6.0 hour shift cycle in a five-week frame. Position Start Date: 2026-10-02.
You will document care, protect resident privacy, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support well-being and independence, aligned with Bethany's mission.
With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Health Care Aide is accountable for providing outstanding care and support to residents, resident families and volunteers within their designated scope of practice. The Health Care Aide demonstrates responsiveness to the holistic needs of residents by assisting with activities of daily living, promoting choices, maintaining dignity and facilitating resident independence.
