Bethany Care Society in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking a part-time Health Care Aide to provide resident-centered support in the Young Adults Program at CollegeSide. You will assist with daily living, maintain dignity, and document observations for the nursing team.
The role requires an Alberta Health Care Aide certificate, CLHA registration, and good English skills. Prior experience is preferred but not required; evenings shifts and a temporary term start date are in place.
With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Health Care Aide is accountable for providing outstanding care and support to residents, resident families and volunteers within their designated scope of practice. The Health Care Aide demonstrates responsiveness to the holistic needs of residents by assisting with activities of daily living, promoting choices, maintaining dignity and facilitating resident independence.
