Bethany Calgary is seeking a part-time Health Care Aide to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at our Calgary, AB campus. You will support daily living activities, assist families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity and independence.

The role requires Grade 10 and a Alberta Health Care Aide certificate, registration with CLHA, and English proficiency. You must be able to work days (0645–1500) in a physically demanding environment and demonstrate strong

• Grade 10 education and Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate.
• Registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Previous Health Care Aide experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment.
• Demonstrates ability to understand, speak, read and write effectively in English.
