Requirements

• Smartphone savvy for use during shifts to clock in and out and do visit notes.
• Complete a criminal record check.
• Consistent job performance & attendance our clients can rely on.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanour and respectful attitude.
• Ability to perform basic housekeeping plus meal prep tasks.
• Home support worker certification is preferred (but not necessary).
• Flexible availability.
• Previous caregiving and/or elder care experience.
• 1+ professional references.
• Applicant must reside in British Columbia.

Caregiver Tasks Include

• Meal prep + planning.
• Dementia Care/Companionship.
• Housekeeping (including laundry).
• Personal care + hygiene.
• Errands and grocery shopping.
• Medication routines.
• Quality time + companionship.
• Helping with exercises.
• Use a sit‑to‑stand machine (Sara Stedy‑must have experience).
• Use a chair lift.
