AgeCare Mount Royal in Calgary is seeking a Health Care Aide to join a dedicated care team. This temporary part-time role (0.43 FTE) supports a Staff Nurse in delivering safe, person-centered care to residents, including daily living activities and treatments.
Ideal candidates will have 1 year of continuing care experience, a PCA/HCA certificate, CLHA registration, and strong English communication skills. Post-secondary education is an asset; a caring, collaborative approach is essential.

A Health Care Aide (HCA) works as a member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care, to meet individual needs within the level of knowledge, skill sets & competency. The HCA, under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, applies this knowledge and these skills to provide a wide variety of safe and thorough basic care and services to residents.
