Job summary

A leading benefits consulting firm seeks a Sales Originator in Toronto, responsible for driving revenue growth and building client relationships. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in prospect development with excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD per year plus commission-based bonuses. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful prospect development in H&B brokerage, insurer or consulting.
  • Executive presence with polished communication skills.
  • Ability to close on new client opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategy to penetrate the local market.
  • Lead personal sales pipeline supporting local revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Canadian Sales Leader and Toronto Market Leader.
