Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Data Science Developer for the Mental Health & Addiction program in Toronto. The role is 3-day in-office hybrid, 7-month contract, focusing on analytics, data modeling, and robust pipelines using Azure, Python, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Health data & public sector experience required.
• Proven SQL, Python, Azure and Power BI delivery.
• Experience linking large health data for analytic cohorts.
• Experience building automated data pipelines and analytics products.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Familiarity with PHIPA privacy guidelines and data governance.
• Experience in Agile product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data models and dashboards.
• Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Azure.
• Query and analyze large health databases and create analytic cohorts.
• Perform root cause analysis and evaluate pipeline architectures.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to enable cloud analytics adoption.
• Create technical docs, guidelines, and code repositories.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and document end-to-end architectures.
