Job summary

Richardson Wealth Ltd. is seeking a Senior Leader Operations to modernize and oversee the end-to-end wealth operations ecosystem across advisory and client touchpoints. The role focuses on compliance, data-driven improvement, and scalable operating models within a hybrid Toronto environment.

You will drive onboarding, transfers, fees, payments, and complex account processing while guiding transformation initiatives and leading a high-performing team of professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management operations.
• Proven leadership of operational teams in regulated environments (CIRO/IIROC).
• Experience driving modernization and transformation through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across wealth dealer activities and risk mitigation.
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, settlements, billing, and payments.
• Drive modernization, automation, and process redesign.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Manage year-end activities and reporting.
• Lead and develop a diverse operations team.
• Partner with Finance and Compliance on controls and budgets.
• Deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and KPIs.
